AdaptXplore experiences offer physical and mental training that can have numerous benefits. Physical training can improve fitness, strength, and flexibility while reducing stress and improving mood. Mental training can help participants develop mindfulness, emotional regulation, and stress management skills. Combining both physical and mental training on a retreat can help individuals achieve a sense of balance and harmony in their mind and body. Additionally, being on a retreat away from the distractions of daily life can provide a supportive environment for individuals to focus on their well-being, deepen their practice, and connect with like-minded individuals.

AdaptXplore was born in 2021…

..from a passion for getting outside together and wanting to encourage more people to enjoy, appreciate and explore what we have in front of us. Combining the wellbeing practices and rituals that have been the corner stone of our own personal growth and development, we knew how transformational it can be when you push the edge of your abilities, surround yourself with great people, break through your fears, lean into exciting challenges and learn the training tools that impact every aspect of your life. We wanted to bring this all to life in a way that it is available and achievable for everyone, no matter your age, level of ability or fitness.

Tamara harnett

Ex showjumper and horse/rider trainer, specializing in improving athlete performance and energy connection. Forming better behavior foundations and teaching you the tools to build a strong bulletproof body. 5 years experience in sports strength and conditioning with a special interest in building a ‘hybrid’ body that is capable of any activity or action, for life!
A breathwork practitioner, connecting the dots that are key to a properly functioning system, improved overall energy, better mood, and focused mindset. Currently studying the art of functional nutrition and the importance of the gut for great overall health and wellbeing.

Richie Norton

Richie is a certified trainer and Yoga teacher with an international professional background in rugby and athletics. His love of competitive sport and performance nutrition took him on a journey working with some of the biggest names in the business, specialising in strength and conditioning with a focus on functional movement, breathwork and bodyweight calisthenics, not to mention a self-taught super chef to top it off.

Training with internationally respected sports professionals and studying alongside some of the pioneers in health and fitness nutrition.
